Etiquette:

Welcome to the Alternative Art Education (Slow) Marathon

This event will be taking place online via Zoom. Please make sure you have downloaded the free software and installed any updates ahead of the event. You can download it here. Read more on how to use Zoom here.

On entering, please rename yourself with your first name and pronoun (e.g. Femi they/them) by clicking on Participants, finding your name and selecting Rename. All attendees are muted on arrival. Please ask questions and post comments via the chat, and facilitators will tell you when to unmute and speak.

Please set up your computer and other devices (e.g. mobile phones) so as not to make noises on receiving messages or notifications during the event (e.g. close any inactive tabs, mute email inboxes, instant messengers etc.). We recommend you position yourself as close to the wifi hub as possible to ensure a good connection, and if possible ask other members of your household not to stream content at the same time.
